Dr David RL Hughes
Publisher
Following an early career in pharmaceutical research, Dr Hughes has held senior roles in the biomedical publishing industry, notably within Reed Elsevier (now RELX Group) and the Future Science Group. He joined BioExcel Publishing Ltd in the role of Publisher in 2017.
Dr Rosanna Gonzalez-McQuire
Managing Editor
Rosanna holds a PhD in Biomaterials Chemistry from the University of Bristol, UK, and an MSci degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham, UK. She has over 12 years of experience in managing scientific open access journals and in copy editing of scientific/medical texts.
Hollie Franklin
Production Manager
Hollie studied Biochemistry at The University of Birmingham and after deciding the lab wasn’t for her pursued a career in medical publishing. Hollie balances work with looking after her two young children.
